I’m really happy to share that our new stock is officially on its way and is expected to arrive week commencing 5th January.

Because of your continued support, I’ve finally been able to take a big step for Team Texture and outsource fulfilment to a trusted third-party partner. From January, they’ll be professionally picking, packing, and dispatching your orders, which means faster, smoother deliveries going forward, AND less issues with lost or delayed shipping.

This also means faster more efficient FEDEX shipping for international customers and a FANCY new tracking portal for all customers where you can track your orders and get through to customer support faster than ever before.

Once the stock arrives, the fulfilment team will need a couple of days to complete their setup and intake checks before shipping begins. This is a normal part of the process and ensures everything runs properly from day one.
