Texture.

Team Texture was born from a simple but powerful belief: textured hair deserves understanding, care, and respect.

For too long, people with afro, curly, and textured hair have been left navigating a beauty industry that wasn't designed with us in mind. Advice was confusing. Products were inconsistent. And many of us grew up being taught -- directly or indirectly -- that our natural hair was something to fix, tame, or hide.

Team Texture exists to change that story.

Founded by author, presenter, and natural hair advocate Paige Lewin, Team Texture is a brand built on education, science, and self-acceptance. Paige's journey with her own afro hair began with frustration -- sitting in salons that didn't understand textured hair, trying products that promised miracles but delivered damage, and feeling disconnected from her natural texture.

Over time, that frustration turned into curiosity.

Why does afro hair behave the way it does? What does it actually need to stay healthy? Why are so many people struggling with dryness, breakage, and length retention? The deeper Paige researched the biology of textured hair, the clearer the answers became: afro and curly hair simply needs a different approach.
