Team Texture Deep Conditioning Heat Hat for All Hair Types
My heat hat sessions are such wonderfully relaxing, self care and hair care treats, that I’m really excited to do this weekend, especially on Valentines Evening. The way my heat hat treatments help me genuinely switch off and wind down is amazing, never mind how hydrated and soft it makes my afro feel after even 15 minutes of use. I cannot WAIT to find a cute film (maybe The Holiday, love that film so much) get cosied up in my bed and have my little V-Day heat hat treatment FOR AT LAEST 30 minutes...AT LEAST 🤣
Turmeric Vitamin C Clay Mask Deep Cleansing Face Mask
This is my go to face mask, LOVE it, it’s super nourishing, not TOO drying and leaves my face looking VISIBLY lighter and more even when I wash it off. I often pair this clay mask with my TT Heat Hat treatments, if you read about me doing this in my book How To Love Your Afro, it’s this EXACT FACE MASK I was writing about 🤣. Formulated with kaolin, the texture is light and easy to apply. Which can effectively absorb oil and dirt from the deep of the skin, deeply cleanse the skin to avoid the formation of blackheads and acne. BIG FAN!
Lina Essences Massage Candle + CoCoa Lip Balm
This Massage Candle is so beautiful, it smells incredible and can be used on your skin when it heats up due being made with natural ingredients which blew my mind 🤣. It’s a luxurious blend of soy wax, fractionated coconut oil, and shea butter, infused with uplifting sweet orange and soothing eucalyptus essential oils. Once lit, it melts into a warm, nourishing massage oil that glides effortlessly onto your skin, leaving it soft, hydrated, and lightly scented.
And I’m so obsessed with the CoCoa Lip Balm. It’s a deeply hydrating blend of shea butter, cocoa butter, castor oil, and vitamin E, designed to protect and soften your lips while adding a subtle hint of natural cocoa and refreshing peppermint.
Esteban Néroli bamboo incense sticks
These are my absolute favourite brand of incense in the entire world, I do not buy any other type of incense 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I will drop £50 a month on several packs EASILY, the whole range is so soothing for my nervous system.
I really respond to smell, in a very intense way, these incense sticks literally rewire my brain and put me in such a wonderful calm mood. I can’t praise them enough. Very potent and the 20 sticks seem to last forever even though I feel like I used them every day 🤣
Alysium Self Care Glow Facial Cream + Rose Restoring Serum
THIS IS BY FAR, my favourite facial cream in the entire world. I go HARD for Alysium Self Care. It’s an amazing natural moisturiser to add to your skin care routine for an even complexion and soft glowy skin. With a blend of organic natural butters and citrus essential oils this cream will not only have your skin looking GOOD but smelling lovely too. A little goes a LONG way with this product - most people finish a 100ml tub in 4-6 months...even the heavy handed ones like me!
And this is ALSO genuinely one my favourite facial oils, it’s so beautifully light and non-greasy, the glow I get when I use these together is INCREDIBLE 😍
Commune Seymour Body Wash and Body Cream Duo
This luxury body wash and body cream duo has been ELEVATING my once basic showers and baths and I don’t think I can ever go back now I’ve experienced both the body wash AND the cream TOGETHER 😍, I’m truly obsessed.
They are infused with a multitude of skin-loving botanicals, leaving you feeling replenished and pampered – while the uplifting, aromatic aroma of Seymour literally maks you feel like your spending the night in a 6 star hotel you can’t afford
My mum always says she can smell me before she sees me (in a good way) when I use these two together...and honestly only when I use just one of the two too.
BEAUTIFUL new additions to my self care. 👏🏽

JBL Charge 6 Speaker (RED)
I’m literally listening to the most beautiful music by an incredible vocalist and gospel artist called Antoine Bradford as I type this through these speakers. I use them all day everyday, and night, (unfortunately for my neighbours 🤣 👀) the sound is so CRISP and clear and the volume and bass are INSANE! You’d think there was a whole gospel choir in my living room if you were walking past my front door 🤣 Battery life is VERY impressive too.
I love how it’s in my FAVOURITE colour and is so wildly powerful it is whilst still being super easy to carry around and take with you wherever you decide to listen inside and outside of the house
I ALWAYS do my self care and my hair care with this speaker, I WILL NOT, begin without it hitched up somewhere close to me, the vibes are simply not the same without it 🙏🏽
TT Self Care Coral Fleece Velcro Headband
Meet the upgraded TT Self-Care Velcro Headband, redesigned with thicker 400GSM coral fleece for maximum durability, comfort, and performance.
I made them thicker so they were more firm and durable for more frequent use so they can maintain the quality.
I use this headband EVERY DAY, for my heat hat treatments to lock in more heat for my product to penetrate deeper, to stop product dripping down onto my face, to keep my hair away from my face and protected when I do my face masks and just for a cute, no friction, low tension styling option when I want my afro out.
Déesse Pro Express LED Rd Light Mask
Discover Déesse Pro’s travel-friendly version of its best-selling (more expensive) Professional LED Mask. It utilikses two wavelengths of light, 633nm (red) and 830nm (near infrared), so it’s very powerful for it’s price, and it encourages a stimulating effect on the skin while helping to diminish the look of fine lines, dark spots and discolouration. I was advised to use this to help with my hyperpigmentation, when I went for a Skincare Masterclass at Beauty Edit Mayfair, an amazing Black female owned beauty concept store on Berkley Street, London. I bought the face mask from Sherrille the owner directly.
Beauty Edit Mayfair
Beauty Edit Mayfair is an incredible beauty concept store on Berkley Street in Mayfair London, where I hosted my Book Launch for How To Love Your Afro, and offers a range of the most amazing, high quality (and genuinely hard to source) K-Beauty, Afro Hair Products, and Skincare Masterclasses, and Luxury Facials that are amazing for skin of colour. It’s owned and ran by Jamaican born Founder, Sherrille Riley who is highly knowledgeable about skincare for a range of skin concerns and textures, who has been a real blessing to me on my journey with my skin this last year.
Joys Crown Satin Lined Turbans
You guys must all know now how much I love this brand and these turbans. I have one in every single colour and I hope to get more colours from Vanessa ASAP 🤣😍
They are such a chic, fashionable, NO TENSION, protective hair accessory for relaxing at home and around the house in, going out to run errands or going on a fancy night out, I’ve done all of the above and felt fabulous every time.
