I love it. I love how easy it is to use, the different ranges of temperature and time. The only thing I would like to see improved is the time( a count down timer would be great). Otherwise it's a good investment to have especially for me who has no access to afro salons where I live.
I’ve just received my heat hat as it took a while, I’ve used it twice so far I have noticed a difference and am trying to follow “How to Love my Afro”, as I have moved from the UK to Barbados recently my hair is going through all sorts but finding that the heat hat IS helping, my hair was really dry and wouldn’t take on moisture but after two uses I see and feel the difference already, Paige thank you for adapting the hat for the US market although my hat doesn’t count down the time and I can hear a component shaking so I’m assuming it got a bit battered in the post but thank you and sorry for the late reply. Product a must. 😁
So glad I came across you on Instagram. Since receiving my TT Heat Hat my hair feels loved and cared for. So easy to use and it allows me to have a bit of 'me time' all whilst bringing moisture and nourishment to my hair. Highly recommend and in fact my 18 year old son keeps 'borrowing' it.

It’s not just about heat — it’s about understanding what I’m doing and why.
What I love most is that the heat hat creates intentional pause. It turns wash day into a cosy ritual. It symbolises self-love. Sitting under it, watching the process unfold, I feel excited yet patiently intrigued by the transformation happening under the warmth.
It’s helped me look forward to wash day — and that says a lot.

I absolutely love this hat.
Initially, before I realised Paige had created her own TT Heat Hat, I purchased a basic version from Amazon after seeing it used by me and a local salon in Saudi. It was inexpensive and did the job — or so I thought.
It was only after listening to Paige speak during Afro January, where she explained the importance of the built-in timer, the adjustable temperature settings, and how long the hat truly needs to stay on for maximum benefits, that I understood the difference. That’s when I decided it was time to invest in the real TT Heat Hat.
Oh my goodness — I am so glad I did.
The difference is undeniable. The multiple temperature settings, the timer (which takes all the guesswork out), and the way the hat sits comfortably and securely on the head make a world of difference. It feels thoughtfully designed and intentional — not just another heat cap.
I now own two of the cheaper versions, and I can confidently say they simply don’t compare. Investing in the TT Hat was absolutely worth it.
In fact, I’ve left my TT Hat at home in London with my mum because I truly believe she deserves that extra special care for her hair too. That’s how much I value it. I will definitely be ordering another one for myself — as soon as I’ve saved a few pennies (a salon visit with Miss Anastasia is calling my name!).
